Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original petition and he has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy by approaching the civil Court. If there is a Decree in favour of the petitioner's vendor, it is also open to the petitioner either by himself or his vendor to move an application for taking action for violation of order of injunction granted by the civil Court.
