The petitioner seeks production of the person of his son by name Chandrasekar, aged about 48 years.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter-in-law is responsible for his son going missing.

3.Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, would submit that the alleged detenu Chandrasekar has left the house six year ago. The petitioner and his daughterin-law are living in the same compound. Though the petitioner sent a complaint by registered post, when the police went there for enquiry, neither the petitioner nor the daughter-in-law of the petitioner have co-operated with the enquiry.
