2.The criminal original petition in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4014 of 2024 has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.276/2018, pending on the file of the first respondent.
3.The learned Counsels appearing for the Petitioners submitted that the parties have amicably settled their issue. Hence they pray to quash the cases in Crime Nos.276 and 277 of 2018.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioners 1, 2, 4 to 6 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.276 of 2018 are having previous cases pending against them and the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.277 of 2018 are also having previous cases against them.
5.Though it is reported that the parties have settled their issue, considering the antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to allow these petitions.
