Respondents/ Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to expeditiously complete the investigation and file charge sheet before the competent Court in Crime No.121 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent and initiate necessary action in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to expeditiously complete the investigation and file charge sheet before the competent Court in Crime No.121 of 2014, which has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 109, 307 and 379(NP) IPC. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that out of seven accused in this case, one accused was a juvenile and as the original First Information Report has been submitted to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Juvenile Justice Board, the second respondent is not able to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court.

3.A.There is no difficulty in solving this issue. 4.The Juvenile Justice Board is directed to take a xerox copy of the First Information Report and get it certified and keep it and the original copy of the First Information Report shall be returned to the second respondent police, so that the second respondent will be in a position to file the charge sheet before the concerned Court and the second respondent is directed to complete the exercise of getting back the First Information Report from the Juvenile Justice Board within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to file the charge sheet within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. sd/- Assistant Registrar (P&A) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar smn To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Office of the Superintendent of Police, Madurai District.
