ORDER

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2020 now pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul to the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. The online status of the Indian Postal Service shows that the notice has been served. But, the respondent does not appear in person nor through the Counsel duly instructed.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition for transfer. It is also seen that the distance between Dindigul and Madurai is also very meager and there may not be any inconvenience to the respondent / husband of the petitioner. Accordingly, H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2020 now pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul is directed to be withdrawn from the said Court and transferred to the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Madurai to be disposed of as per law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. In fine, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
