ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta for the petition mentioned land.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader points out that in the A register, the property had been classified as rock (parai). According to the respondents, it is not possible to issue patta.

4. The second respondent is directed to send a communication to the petitioner formally setting out their decision. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
