2. The petitioner submitted an online application for registering the petition mentioned sale deed. The second respondent either has to register the document or issue refusal check slip containing reasons. One of the two shall be done by the second respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
