and re-settlement A Register by considering petitioners representation dated 23.12.2023 in the light of the 1st and 2nd Respondents proceedings in O.Mu.1624316/2023/D5 dated 17.04.2024 and O.Mu.2828691/2024b3 08.01.2025.

ORDER

With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to delete the name of the Tamil Nadu Seed Farm in the patta and issue a fresh patta to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation to the first respondent dated 15.12.2023 and the same has been forwarded to the third respondent for necessary action. 2/5

The petitioner has also given a representation on 17.04.2024 and 08.01.2025 seeking early disposal of his application.

4. In view of the above, it would be sufficient to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the third respondent to conduct necessary enquiry and after hearing the petitioner as well as the Tamil Nadu Seed Farm, shall pass final orders, in accordance with law and on merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
