PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st respondent Not to Harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry in favour of the 2nd respondent.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry in favour of the 2nd respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 27.03.2022. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
