ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any suitable post under the compassionate grounds due to death of his father namely Andi based on the petitioner's qualification and application dated 15.3.2016 and 12.12.2017.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the first respondent and the learned Counsel, who takes notice for the second respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The case of the petitioner is that his father Andi died, while he was in service under the respondents. Hence, the petitioner made several representations and finally on 06.09.2018, seeking compassionate appointment. Since no action is forthcoming, he is before this Court by filing this Writ Petition.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents on merits, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Considering the nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2018 seeking compassionate appointment, if there are no other legal impediments and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
