It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.07.2016.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.516 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(ii) IPC. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
