ORDER

This revision petition is filed to direct the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Trichy to dispose of the case in R.C.A.No.18 of 2010 in R.C.O.P.No.105 of 2005 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioners.

3.The petitioners are the landlords. It is seen that the appeal is pending for more than ten years and therefore, this Court is of the view that a direction for early disposal of the appeal will be in the interest of justice. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Trichy, is directed to dispose of the case in R.C.A.No.18 of 2010 against R.C.O.P.No.105 of 2005 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, no order as to costs.
