ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.05.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the Inspector of Police, Gandhi Market Police Station, Trichy is the proper jurisdictional police, who has to entertain the complaint.

Trichy as third respondent in this Criminal Original Petition. 5.The petitioner is directed to prefer a complaint before the Inspector of Police, Gandhi Market Police Station, Trichy and on receipt of such complaint, the third respondent/Inspector of Police, Gandhi Market Police Station, Trichy is directed to look into the complaint of the petitioner and take action in accordance with law.

6.The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
