The writ petitioner has not claimed any substantive relief in this writ petition. He only wants the first respondent to consider his representation.

2.The Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.2425 of 2019, dated 01.03.2019, has deprecated the practice of passing "disposal of the representation order". I therefore decline to grant any relief to the writ petitioner. The Writ Petition stands dismissed. It is made clear that the writ petitioner's right are kept intact.
