Challenging the order of transfer passed by the second respondent, dated 08.03.2019, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order of transfer has been passed in a biased manner, favouring a particular person, who desired to be posted at the third respondent office. The favoritism shown by the respondents are highly illegal and perverse. Therefore, the impugned order is liable to be set aside.

3.It is reported that subsequent to the order passed by this Court, dated 03.04.2019, the petitioner has been transferred to Padmanabhapuram Municipality in the existing vacancy and such compliance has been reported before this Court by the second respondent-the Director/Commissioner, Municipal Administration, Chennai, who appeared in person before this Court today. The same has also been conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
