ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the proposals sent by the third respondent in his R.C.No.A3/3864/2014 dated 15.11.2014 and subsequent reports dated 12.02.2019, for inclusion of the petitioner's name in the approved list of Assistants of the year 2010, on par with his juniors.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is now working as a Senior Revenue Inspector in the office of the third respondent. The third respondent sent proposals https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to the second respondent, recommending to include the name of the petitioner in the approved list of Assistants of the year 2010 on par with his juniors vide letter dated 15.11.2014. The second respondent, in turn, sent necessary proposals as well as final report to the Government and the same is pending with the Government without passing any orders. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 21.03.2019 in Na.Ka.No.3864/2014/A3, submitted that a proposal dated 12.02.2019 has been sent to the Government and the same is pending. However, he fairly submitted that the first respondent would pass necessary orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the proposal dated 12.02.2019, in respect of the claim made by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
