The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the Fair and Decreetal order passed by the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, dated 20.07.2015 in I.A.No.332 of 2015 in O.S.No.21 of 1996.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the original suit itself was disposed of on 19.02.2016. A copy of the judgment is also filed. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. As the original suit itself is disposed of on 19.02.2016 in O.S.No.21 of 1996, there is nothing survives for adjudication in this case.
