ORDER

According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, pursuant the complaint made by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the enquiry reveals that a suit in O.S.No.345 of 2017 is pending. In view of the pendency of a civil suit, both the parties can approach the appropriate Civil Court. Recording the report, the said complaint was closed.

2. The first respondent is directed to serve a copy of the closure report, if nor served to the petitioner.
