ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 8(C) r/w 20(b)(II)(B) & 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.472 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused was found in illegal possession of 4.500 kgs of ganja. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is having three previous cases pending as against him, out of which, two cases are similar in nature. He further submits that this is the second application filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail. The earlier application was dismissed by this Court on 08.01.2024 considering the antecedents of the petitioner. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and since there is no change in circumstances as on date, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
