This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.04.2018.

2. According to the petitioner, the proposed accused has cheated the petitioner by giving a false promise to get a job in TWAD Board and hence, he made a complaint on 04.04.2018, before the second respondent, but, so far, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that the enquiry is still pending with the respondents.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then, he has has to register a case as expeditiously as possible and proceed in accordance with law.
