ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.05.2013.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned APP submitted that the at the time of enquiry, the complainant has appeared before the respondent police and requested not to proceed with the complaint. Therefore the said complaint was closed. 3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
