The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent-Transport Corporation made a submission that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 15.02.2021 in W.P.(MD) No.2757 of 2021, 80% of the amount due to the petitioner was settled. The balance due amount will be settled within a period of six weeks.
