The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking for a direction to the respondents to register a case based on his complaint, dated 29.11.2017 and to conduct investigation and file a final report within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.11.2017, a preliminary enquiry has been ordered by the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption and enquiry is going on.
