This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.11.2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired, during enquiry, both parties have not produced any documents relating to the chit transaction and also submits that they will seek their remedy before the appropriate forum. Hence, the complaint lodged by the petitioner is closed. The closure report is also produced before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the said fact.

4.In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
