The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in I.A.No.74 of 2022 in unnumbered HMOP.No....... 2022 from the file of the

Sub Court, Neyveli, Cuddalore District, and transfer the same to Principal Sub Court, Trichy.

2.Despite notice being served through Court and privately on the respondent and the name being printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent either in person or through counsel. 3.In the affidavit filed by the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is living under the shadows of her parents. The distance between Neyveli and Trichy is almost 300 kms. The petitioner has no means to pay for her travel and to bear expenses to boarding and lodging at Neyveli in connection with the above case. 4.Considering the above, this Court is inclined to transfer I.A.No.74 of 2022 in unnumbered HMOP.No....... 2022 from Sub Court, Neyveli, Cuddalore District to Principal Sub Court, Trichy. The Sub Court, Trichy, shall endeavour to bring closure to the dispute between the parties within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
