ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1, in Crime No.315 of 2011 in C.C.No.124 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Devakottai, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that due to the absence of the petitioner, non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner by the trial Court on 12.09.2015. He further submitted that the petitioner is residing in Abroad and is not present in India.

3.This Court is only a vacation court to deal with really emergent matters. Therefore, there is no warranting circumstance to entertain this petition in the vacation Court. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
