Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3147 of 2021, dated 01.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court by an order dated 01.03.2021, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the Government Hospital, Ramanathapuram. The petitioner was unable to mobilize the said amount immediately and now he mobilized the fund and Demand Draft in favour of Hospital was also taken. Hence, there was delay occurred in executing sureties. 3.In view of the above, time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2651 of 2021 two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted. If the petitioner is not complied with the order within the stipulated period, the respondent police shall secure the petitioner.
