O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 01.03.2017 made to the second respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and during enquiry, the petitioner requests the respondent police not to proceed further in the complaint given by the petitioner and she will seek her remedy before the concerned Civil Court. Hence, the complaint was closed. The closure report is also produced before this Court.

4.In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
