Order:This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11808 of 2020, dated 28.10.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that anticipatory bail was granted to this petitioner and 6 others by this Court. Except this petitioner all other petitioners have complied with the condition. Due to the health condition of the petitioner, he was unable to move from one place to another and hence, he is not in a position to comply with the condition in time. 3.In view of the above, time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled. CRL MP(MD) No.2659 of 2021 granted. If the petitioner is not complied with the order within the stipulated period, the respondent police shall secure the petitioner.
