ORDER
This Civil Revision petition is filed by the defendant in O.S.No.1117 of 2012 to speed up C.M.A.No.12 of 2014 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, which has been filed by the plaintiff as against the dismisal of his Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.1140 of 2012.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. 3.It is seen that in the suit already written statement has been filed. Now because of the pendency of this C.M.A. the trial of the suit is blocked. Further, the scope of the I..A.and the suit would be similar. In the circumstances, in stead of C.M.A. it would be better for both sides to speed up the disposal of the suit itself. 4.In the circumstances, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1117 of 2012 within 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, there is no point in keeping the C.M.A.No.12 of 2014. Accordingly, the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai will dispose of C.M.A.No.12 of 2014 on his filed and immediately send the case records to the learned Principal Sub Court.
5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
