ORDER : The Court Made the following order : The petitioner is accused No.2. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.04.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 403, 409, 465, 379 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.125 of 2018 on the the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she is having a matrimonial dispute with her husband. He would submit that the petitioner was implicated in Crime No.125 of 2018 and 126 of 2018, registered on the file of Thanjavur Taluk Police Station, at the instance of her husband. She had been granted bail in Crime No.126 of 2018 by this Court. This Court had given a direction that the petitioner would surrender her passport.
3. Since, condition to appear daily before the respondent has already been imposed in the other case, this Court is of the view that bail can be granted without any condition regarding the appearance of the petitioner.

like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur.
(ii) the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. (iii)on breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioner released on bail by the Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005) AIR SCW 5560]. sd/- 13/06/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
