Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14-A(2) of SC / ST (POA) Amended Act, 2016 against the order dated 11.01.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.01 of 2021 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR), Thanjavur dismissing the bail application in Crime No.1465 of 2020 on the file of the Adhirampattinam Police Station, Thanjavur District.
ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Jayachandran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mrs.S.Bharathi, Government Advocate On Behalf of the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order: The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the bail condition imposed by this Court on this petitioner in Crl.A.(MD) No.43 of 2021, dated 20.01.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD). No.2716 of 2021 any deviation.
3. The learned Government Advocate admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Hence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD) No.43 of 2021, dated 18.02.2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on alternative days morning at 10.30 a.m.. This petition is allowed accordingly.
