Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.T.BALACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22334 of 2023 dated 08.01.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are not in a position to arrange Rs.20,00,000/- and hence, he prayed to modify the said condition.

3.This Court while granting anticipatory bail, the petitioners themselves undertook to deposit the amount and hence, this Court granted anticipatory bail. Now, they have been taking U-turn and filed the present modification petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed. However, two weeks time is extended to comply with the earlier condition.
