RESPONDENTS/ RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the above bail condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.6778 of 2018 order dated 26.04.2018 i.e. Condition in para 27(ii) of the above order and consequently direct the sum of Rs.7,45,250/-(Rupees Seven Lakhs Forty Five Thousand Two hundred and fifty only) to be refunded by the respondent police to the petitioner.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.PL.NARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- The petitioner has come up this Miscellaneous Petition seeking the following reliefs:

bear the cost in regard to deploying police personnel for surveillance duty; and (ii)to refund a sum of Rs.7,54,250/- towards the charges to the police personnel deployed for surveillance duty, which was already paid by the petitioner, to him.
