ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for further investigation in Crime No.69 of 2014.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the final report has already been taken on file in CC No.75 of 2017 by the Judicial Magistrate-II, Virudhunagar.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner has to workout his remedy only before the Court below and no further orders can be passed in this Criminal Original Petition.
