ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service as driver in the respondent corporation from the date of his appointment i.e. from 06.03.2015 and disburse all the consequential benefits, by considering his representation, dated 15.01.2019.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as reserve driver on 06.03.2015 in the respondent Corporation. Now, he has completed 800 duties and hence, he made a representation to the respondents on 15.01.2019 seeking to regularize his service. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court by filing this writ petition.
4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents on merits, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
5.Considering the nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.01.2019 seeking regularization of his service and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
