Pleased to set aside the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.77/2015, on the file of the Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi, dated 04.07.2019 in so far as it is related to granting the decree for the sum of Rs.19,00,000/-(Nineteen Lakhs) as compensation and allows this appeal.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MUTHUMALAI RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, this petition to condone the delay in filing the appeal is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) before the Advocate Clerk's Welfare Association, Madurai-625 023 (Indian Bank Savings Account No.496039124, IFSC Code: IDIB000H040), on or before 14.06.2021.
