The petitioner with a grievance that the orders of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, passed under Section 156(3) of 1/4

Cr.P.C has not been complied with by the respondents, has approached this Court, seeking a direction to the respondent police to act upon the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the order of the learned Magistrate, Thirumangalam has been complied with and a report has also been filed as to the nature of the complaint to the learned Judicial Magistrate. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to serve a copy of the report to the petitioner, enabling him to work out his remedy before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
