ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent not to interfere in the business transaction between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.
2. Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor upon instructions would submit that the petition given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.144 of 2020 has been enquired and thereafter closed.
3. Though a relief is sought innocuously as if the second respondent is interfering in the business of the petitioner, on a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the main grievance of the petitioner appears to be with regard to some repayment of advance amount by the fourth respondent. W.P(MD)No.5728 of 2020 dispute appears to be between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, wherein the official respondents have been roped in and the petitioner has given a colour of alleged harassment.
4. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the direction sought four which is omnibus in nature is not permissible in the eye of law without any particular instance and therefore, the same cannot be granted.
In the result, the writ petition is dismissed.
