Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2019 and 02.03.2020, requesting him to send petitioner's compassionate appointment proposal to the first respondent as per direction of the first respondent proceedings in Na.Ka.6139/2016 PA.Va dated 10.11.2016 and direction of the second respondent proceedings in Na.Ka.4496/2019 ThoVa dated 08.11.2019 and 06.05.2020, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 1/3

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's father namely, Gunasekaran was working as Secretary in the Q1247 Alavidangkan Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society, Alavidangkan, Sivagangai District. He died in harness on 09.11.2015, leaving behind the petitioner and other legal heirs. Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation for compassionate appointment on 21.10.2016. After receipt of the representation, the first respondent sent a letter dated 10.11.2016 to the fourth respondent to forward the proposal for compassionate appointment. Thereafter, on 08.11.2019, the second respondent directed the petitioner to submit relevant documents. In compliance, the petitioner submitted another representation on 02.03.2020, stating that all the required documents have already been annexed.

However, so far, the petitioner's proposal for compassionate appointment has not been forwarded. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court by way of this Writ Petition. 3.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 05.11.2019 and 02.03.2020. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 05.11.2019 and 02.03.2020, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
