ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent No.3 and 4 to not to harass the petitioner by compelling him to execute the bond u/s 110 Cr.P.C without any valid reason based on the History sheet maintained by the Respondent No.3.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy, the respondent police are only watching the movement of the petitioner. Apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him.

3.Recording the submission of the respondent that due to the petitioner's previous antecedents, they have only watched his movement, this petition stands closed.
