The petitioner, who is the Defacto complainant in Crime No. 492 of 2022 has approached this Court, seeking a direction to file a final report in the above Crime Number within a stipulated period. 1/4

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed and a final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Lalkudi on 04.07.2023. However, the same has not been taken on file due to vacancy in the said Court.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, who is incharge of the post to take the final report on file within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 04.06.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes vrn 2/4
