Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying this Hon'ble Court to set aside the order dated 17.10.2014 passed in I.A.No.773 of 2013 in O.S.No.24 of 2008 by District Munsif Court, Palani.

ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Prinicpal District Judge, Dindigul vide the letter in D.No.4012 / 2018 dated 25.04.2018 and upon hearing M/S.S.ANAND CHANDRASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, this court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing the application in I.A.No.773 of 2013 in O.S.No.24 of 2008, on the file of the District Munsif, Palani.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 29.01.2018, directing the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.773 of 2013 in O.S.No.24 of 2008, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the trial Court seeks further more time for disposing the petition. Hence, the matter is listed today.

3. Considering the averments made by the Court below, this Court is inclined to extend time further.

4. Accordingly, the time for disposing the I.A.No.773 of 2013

in O.S.No.24 of 2008, is extended for a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No further extension will be given.
