This petition has been filed seeking for police protection. 2.The petitioner is the father of the third respondent and he is seeking police protection as against his own son and father-inlaw of his son, who are respondents 3 and 4 respectively. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that his son and his son's father-in-law are threatening the petitioner, to vacate the house.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent police is directed to call the third and fourth respondents for enquiry and get an undertaking from the third and fourth respondents that they will not go near the petitioner and cause any threat to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
