Heard Mr.S.Siva Ilayaraja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Rajesh Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to struck-off the R.C.O.P.No.43 of 2014, pending on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Rent Controller, Thoothukudi.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the R.C.O.P was already disposed of. Hence, the civil revision petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
