O R D E R

In this Civil Revision Petition, early disposal of the application in E.P.No.139 of 2014 in R.C.O.P. No.160 of 2009 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, is sought for. 2.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, E.P.No.139 of 2014 in R.C.O.P.No.160 of 2009 is pending for a long time on the file of the Additional District Munsif's Court, Madurai Town.

3. In many Districts, there are vacancies of Presiding Officers in the Munsif Courts. Consequently, in-charge arrangements have been made. Shortly, newly recruited persons are going to preside over these Courts all are anxiously awaiting their arrival including the lawyers attending the Court of Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town.

5. In the circumstances, after filling up the post of Presiding Officer, in the Court of Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, will expeditiously dispose of E.P.NO.139 of 2014 in R.C.O.P.No.160 of 2009.

6. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
