ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147,148,341, 307 and 109 of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime. No.322 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused waylaid the defacto complainant and attacked him with knife and iron rod and also threatened with dire consequences. On complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioner.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and due to the quarrel between the police, his name has been falsely implicated in this case.
