ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry in respect of complaint made towards the land dispute comprised in Survey No.363/3 of Thiruviruthanpuli Part II Village, Cheranmahadevi Taluk, Tiruneveli District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already based on the complaint given by the de facto complainant, they conducted enquiry and closed the same. Only for enquiry purpose, they called the petitioner. They have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him. Since the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present case.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 11.03.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No 2/4
