This petition is filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The claim of the petitioner is based on the settlement deed, executed by the original owner in favour of the petitioner on 11.01.2010, cannot be considered without impleading the necessary parties. However, the petitioner has also stated that he has filed a civil suit and another suit is filed against him. Both are pending with regard to title in respect of immovable property. In these circumstances, it is stated that the petitioner is being harassed by the respondent police, by way of interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and some third parties. 3.This Court, despite pointing out that this petition can be considered, only after impleading the parties, against whom the petitioner makes several allegations, the petitioner's Counsel is not inclined to implead them. In the suit, the settlement deed in favour of the petitioner is challenged. The settlement deed appears to be an unnatural disposition.

as against the petitioner was enquired into and closed and that therefore no further enquiry is contemplated. It is also stated that there is no harassment on the petitioner. 5.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
