ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 28.02.2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 302 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.176 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police. He has been shown as Accused No.2.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the respondent submits that as many as 14 previous cases are registered against the petitioner herein.
